The Same Day Expedited Security Certificate Assessment is designed for experienced security officers who already have practical field exposure and need a faster assessment-based pathway to verify their foundational security knowledge.
This course is intended for officers with 6 months or more of security experience. It reviews key security duties, PSRA study knowledge, professional conduct, report writing, access control, patrolling, handover, communication, emergency response, log book use, first aid awareness, occupational health and safety, observation, and standard operating procedures.
Students are expected to already understand basic security work. The course focuses on confirming readiness through structured review and assessment rather than beginner-level training.
Successful candidates may be awarded the CSO-1 Certificate, confirming completion of the same-day assessment pathway.
