The Advanced Industrial Security Supervision — Junior course prepares experienced officers to become first-line supervisors responsible for officers, posts, shifts, patrols, handovers, discipline, incident response, reporting quality, and daily operational control.

This course does not use physical practical assignments. Instead, each module includes:

  1. regular instructional lessons,
  2. two Practical Scenario Lessons,
  3. a Scenario Judgment Quiz,
  4. and an End-of-Module Knowledge Quiz.

The Practical Scenario Lessons place the learner inside realistic supervisory situations. The student must think like a supervisor, judge what is happening, and choose the most professional response.

Scenario quizzes use longer questions and longer answer choices. All answer choices should appear close, but only one should be correct based on supervision principles, chain of command, safety, documentation, discipline, fairness, and operational control.
