1. Edit your account information. Make sure your name is spelled correctly. Spell your name the way it appears on your National I.D. The first letters MUST be capitalized and the rest MUST be common letters.

• Example: ruth ann james should be corrected like Ruth-Ann James
• The hyphen (-) is very important if it is on your ID.

2. Make certain to upload a clear photo of yourself also in your account.
